Разделение продуктов на кислые и щелочные произошло уже давно. Первым на это разделение обратил внимание немецкий ученый Р. Берг. Изучая эти продукты, и их влияние на организм человека, Берг доказал, что организму человека обязательно надо поддерживать нормальную щелочную среду. Для этого необходимо, чтобы в день человек съедал одну часть кислой пищи и две части щелочной. Оптимальная щелочная среда способна обеспечить нас силой, энергией и долголетием. Избыток же кислоты в организме способствует преждевременной старости и болезням.
Само соотношение кислоты и щелочи в организме и называется рН, или потенциал водорода. При правильной пропорции кислот и щелочей pН крови должен быть с показателем — 7,365. Любое отклонение от этого диапазона в сторону окисления ведет наш организм к старости и болезням. Однако и отклонение в сторону чрезмерной щелочности тоже не хорошо. В том и принцип здорового баланса. Отклонение в большую сторону — симптом щелочной среды, в меньшую — кислой.
На содержание кислоты в крови влияют самые разнообразные факторы, в том числе продукты питания и здоровая способность наших органов к удалению углекислого газа из организма. Достижение баланса рН — довольно сложный процесс, но здоровое питание и правильные привычки, такие как занятия спортом, посещение бань помогают его регулировать.
При «закислении» организма клетки лишаются кислорода и других питательных веществ. Тело пытается компенсировать кислый рН с помощью щелочных минералов. Когда рацион не содержит достаточно минералов для такой компенсации, происходит накопление кислот в жировых и других тканях организма. Если они накапливаются, например, в коленях, это вызывает артроз, а если в печени, то может провоцировать ожирение печени.
Кислотный дисбаланс уменьшает выработку энергии в клетках и препятствует восстановлению поврежденных клеток. Повышенная кислотность мешает выводу тяжелых металлов, провоцирует рост раковых клеток, опухолей. Кроме того, нарушение баланса кислоты и щелочи делает организм более восприимчивым к усталости и болезням, может вызывать различные недомогания и проблемы со здоровьем, включая сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, диабет и хрупкость костей.
Симптомы кислотно-щелочного дисбаланса могут проявляться в виде проблем с лишним весом и таких заболеваний, как аллергия, артрит, грибковые инфекции.
Причиной нарушения кислотно-щелочного баланса в организме могут быть стресс, токсическая нагрузка, иммунные реакции, но чаще всего — неправильное питание. Многие считают, что самый лучший способ восстановить кислотный баланс — придерживаться правильной диеты в сочетании со здоровым образом жизни. Однако по мнению ряда специалистов, и этого может быть не достаточно. Сергей Алфеевич Будилов, автор Методики эко-здоровья “Алфей”, утверждает, что простой переход на правильное питание, сыроедение, вегетарианство совершенно не выход, ведь организмы большинства людей чрезмерно окислены, поэтому кислотные отложения можно ликвидировать только комплексной системой оздоровления организма. Лучший вариант — это очищение и восстановление всего организма, только тогда вы сможете прийти в равновесие. Нахождение в равновесии подразумевает накопление в организме щелочных запасов в виде минералов и т.д. Для того, чтобы устранить повышенную кислотность нужно запустить весь механизм регенерации и деления клеток нашего организма, тогда Ваше тело сможет быть молодым, стройным и гибким. А для системы нужно не так уж и много – придерживаться режима дня, основ питания, правильно париться в банях и “замасливать” свой организм, ведь масла способны делить ядро новой здоровой клетки!
Тем не менее подщелачивающая диета, которая включает большое количество овощей и зелени, в некоторых случаях может помочь постепенно сбалансировать уровень рН в организме. Такой рацион позволит зарядиться энергией, улучшить состояние кожи, уменьшить проявления аллергии и повысить ясность ума.
Когда достигается правильный кислотно-щелочной баланс, организм инстинктивно стремится к здоровому идеальному весу. Дело в том, что как только устраняется кислая среда, отпадает необходимость в образовании новых жировых клеток, а оставшийся в организме жир больше не нужен для хранения кислых отходов, и поэтому он просто сжигается.
Диета здорового человека должна состоять на 80% из щелочеобразующих продуктов и на 20% — из кислотообразующих продуктов. Чтобы восстановить нарушенное здоровье, пропорцию в диете нужно изменить, доведя объем «щелочных» продуктов до 100% на период двух–трех недель.
К «щелочным» продуктам относятся большинство овощей, зелень, специи и травы. Самый большой же процент щелочи содержится в плодах черной редьки. Щелочные (основные) продукты содержат в себе магний, натрий, железо, калий, кальций, а так же уменьшают кислотность. В этих продуктах большое содержание воды и малое содержание белка.
Стоит запомнить еще один важный момент, иногда окисляющее и подщелачивающее воздействие продуктов на организм не имеет ничего общего с реальным рН самой пищи. Например, лимоны очень кислые, однако после употребления, они производят продукты насыщенные щелочами. Таким образом, хотя может показаться, что цитрусовые оказывают подкисляющее воздействие на организм, лимонная кислота, которую они содержат, на самом деле имеет подщелачивающий эффект.
Мясо же, напротив, содержит много щелочей, однако после процесса пищеварения в организме остается очень кислотный остаток. Именно поэтому почти все продукты животного происхождения окисляют организм. Однако это совсем не повод от них отказываться, ведь в нем содержатся множество природных жиров, называемых “правильный холестерин”, который в особенно нужен мужчинам для продолжения рода.
