- Один кабачок (цукини) среднего размера;
- Один фенхель среднего размера;
- Одно яблоко;
- ½ синего лука;
- Кедровые орешки до 50гр;
- Петрушка;
- Молотый черный перец;
- Растительное масло.

Можете дорезать со всех сторон до семечек, а можете не останавливаться и использовать кабачок целиком, ведь в семечках тоже много полезного. Не обязательно выбирать желтый цукини, для этого салата подойдет и темно-зеленый, и классический кабачок светло-зеленого цвета.
Яблоки нужно нарезать тонкими полосками, приблизительно, в 5мм шириной и 2мм толщиной. Используйте сладкие и сочные сорта яблок, например, Айдаред или Чемпион
