Кабачковые спагетти

- один кабачок среднего размера,
- небольшой пучок свежего базилика или 10-20 грамм сухого,
- 2-3 зубчика чеснока
- оливковое масло и молотый черный перец по вкусу

Проводим по терке кабачок боковой стороной, пытаясь непрерывно нарезать (натирать) длинные полоски. Дойдя до мякоти с косточкой, переверните кабачок и продолжайте так пока не останется внутренняя часть с семенем, которую вы сможете использовать в другом блюде, например, в супе.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”7094″ img_size=”large” label=””][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”7091″ img_size=”large” label=””][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][ultimate_heading main_heading=”Приготовление:” alignment=”left” main_heading_margin=”margin-bottom:20px;”][/ultimate_heading][vc_column_text]Следующим этапом станет пассеровка кабачка, вернее то, что с него получилось.
Разогреваем сковородку с оливковым маслом, добавляем несколько щепоток сухого базилика (если вы используете свежий базилик, этого делать не нужно), добавьте в сковородку чеснок и подержите так пару минут. Через 2 минуты положите на сковородку кабачковые спагетти и перемешайте с маслом. Выньте чеснок и подержите на огне две минуты, периодически перемешивая.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]После пассеровки выдавите обжаренный чеснок добавьте свежего базилика и вуаля, Кушать подано!
