3. В разогретый сотейник налить оливковое масло, спасировать немного лук, добавить морковь, томаты и чеснок, перемешать и 2 минуты потомить.
4. Выложить сверху на овощи кефаль, вложив внутрь рыбки порезанную мелко дольку чеснока, поперчить, взбрызнуть лимоном, добавить щепотку тимьяна.
5. Тушить под крышкой минут 25-30.
