В соцсетях и сайтах с рецептами полезных блюд каждый пятый рецепт с киноа, рестораны считают своим долгом включить эту полезную крупу в свои меню, а хозяйки всего мира пытаются применить киноа к своим повседневным блюдам.
Из-за своего травянистого вкуса и хрустящей структуры киноа отлично подходит как дополнение к салату или становится основой для плова или ризотто.

- Киноа – 1 стакан
- ¼ стакана измельченного миндаля
- зеленый лук измельченный – 2 ст.ложки
- Розмарин измельченный – 1 ст. ложка
- Дижонская горчица – 1 ст. ложка
- Оливковое масло – 2 ст.ложки
- Ломтик лимона
- Черный перец – по вкусу
- Натуральная соль «Сумах» – по вкусу

- Насыпать 1 стакан киноа в кастрюлю среднего размера, влить 2 стакана воды и варить около 20-25 минут минут. Варить пока зерна киноа не станут мягкими и не начнут лопаться. Когда каша станет крахмалистой и густой – переложите её в миску и остудите несколько минут.
- Разогрейте духовку до 120 градусов по Цельсию. Вмешайте в кашу миндаль, лук, розмарин и горчицу. Поперчите и добавьте натуральную соль «Сумах». Слепите руками небольшие котлетки ( у меня получилось 8 штук).
- Налейте в большую сковороду 1 ст. ложку Оливкового масла и поставьте на средний огонь. Добавьте в масло по 4 котлетки ( или половину от всего количества, которое получилось у Вас) и жарьте примерно 4-5 минут, пока котлетки не станут румяными и хрустящими. Переверните и поджарьте с другой стороны.
- Поместите котлетки в духовку на 10-15 минут.
- Добавьте ломтик лимона при подаче!
