- один баклажан средних размеров
- один большой помидор
- два болгарских перца
- кочан кукурузы
- три зубчика чеснока
- пол лимона
- оливковое масло

Дальше нам нужно запечь все эти овощи и здесь можете не ограничивать себя в фантазии, т.к. в квартирных условиях это можно сделать в духовке, но находясь на природе используйте печь, гриль, мангал или разожгите костер и нанизав овощи на палочки подержите над огнем. Перемещайте приготовленные овощи в салатнице, аккуратно срежьте с початка кукурузные зерна отделив их от кочерыжки и добавив к овощам, выдавите чеснок (не обязательно только три дольки, это минимум, ведь чесноком блюдо редко когда можно испортить), взбрызните лимонным соком и полейте маслом.
