Салат с печенью трески и черным редисом – очень вкусно и простое блюдо (несмотря на немного пафосное название:)

Печень трески – один из самых вкусных и полезных продуктов, содержащий отлично сбалансированные Омега кислоты, антиоксиданты и рыбий жир! Ингредиенты:
- Печень трески – 1 баночка, 100 грм
- 1/2 черного редиса
- 1/2 яблока
- зелень петрушки – по вкусу
- Имбирный соус – 1 ст. ложка (по желанию)
- Оливковое масло – 1 ст.ложки
- Кедровый орех – 1 ст. ложка
Приготовление:
- Натереть на терке 1/2 головки черного редиса.
- Мелко нарезать яблоко кубиками, слайсами или как Вам удобно
- Добавить 1 баночку печени трески и перемешать наш салат
- Присыпаем наш салат 1 столовой ложкой кедровых орешков, или любых орешков, которые у Вас есть под рукойМелко нарезаем зелень петрушки/кинзы.
Приправлять салат не стали, так как благодаря пряности черного редиса и ярко выраженного вкуса печени трески салат получился необыкновенно легким и немного сладко-пряным. А время готовки только радует. Всего 5 минут и прекрасный, свежий, легкий и полезный салат на Вашем столе!
